Fine Art Photography
Fine Art Photography, is interesting photography which has many meaning within images. This type of imagery is communicated to the viewers due to several factors, this can be by edits, lighting and camera setting such a aperture changes. This type f photography is supposed to communicate the ideas which are behind the images across to the viewer, this is done by the mood and the appearance of the image. Many fine art photographers will make the meaning very obvious in order to make sure the viewers understand. However some artists hide their meanings in order for the audience to look more in depth in the image, this becomes a very mysterious image. When creating your own fine art photograph, you need to make sure the setting are right on your camera, personally the best way to capture a great image is by using a DSLR camera as you have the ability to change the aperture, ISO and the shutter speed. The ISO will change how much light is let into the camera, meaning you can make your image bright or dark. In the image below I have used a smaller number on the ISO setting in order to create a dark looking image, I did this because I wanted the image to look dark and mysterious, to create emotion within an image you need to play around with the settings in order to make this work. By changing the settings and having control over you images, this helps the to convey the communication of the image to the person who is viewing the picture.
